The molding process requires the mold surface to adhere to the mold surface, which uses a contact barrier between the mold surfaces and the polyurethane material, so-called Release Agent.
Separating agents make it easy to separate the parts from the mold and make the process of producing these types possible.
Separating agents, in addition to facilitating separation, should not have a negative impact on the production segment and do not interfere with the production process. It also has no adverse health effects and safety hazards to its users and, on the other hand, its environmental hazards are minimized.
Separating agents are divided into two main types of solvent base and water base, each with its own advantages and disadvantages, and consumers can choose it depending on their manufacturing process.
